The National Testing Agency (NTA) on Thursday announced the exam dates for National Eligibility cum Entrance Test NEET UG 2023. Interested candidates can check the exam schedule on the official website at neet.nta.nic.in.

The ICAR AIEEA 2023 will be held between April 26 and 29 and CUET 2023 will be held between May 21 and 31. The reserve days for CUET will be between June 1 and 7.

Once the application registration for the NEET (UG)- 2023 begins, the interested and eligible candidates can apply online through the online mode only on the official website https://neet.nta.nic.in/. It may be noted that only one application is to be submitted by a candidate.

The NEET-UG is being conducted by NTA for admission to undergraduate medical education. NEET (UG) is a qualifying entrance exam since 2020 for admission to MBBS, BDS, BAMS, BSMS, BUMS, and BHMS courses in AIIMS and JIPMER.

For the Academic year 2023-24, the following is the Calendar for some major examinations to be conducted by the NTA:

The Result and All India Rank of NEET (UG) will be prepared/notified by NTA as per the norms/criteria fixed by the NMC/DGHS (for MBBS/BDS) and by CCIM (for BAMS/BSMS/ BUMS) and by CCH (for BHMS).

The public notice issued by senior director (exams) Sadhana Parashar said session 1 of JEE (main) will be held on January 24, 25, 27, 28, 29, 30 and 31. The reserve dates for the exams will be February 1, 2 and 3.

The second session of JEE (main) will be held on April 6, 8, 10, 11 and 12 while April 13 and 15 will be the reserve days.

Online counselling would be conducted by the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) of the Directorate General of Health Services for Undergraduate Medical Courses. Information for online counselling would only be available on the MCC website (https://mcc.nic.in/UGCounselling/) for Undergraduate Medical/Dental Courses.
